Location, location, location

I can show you any house in the State of Michigan, but I am at my best in and near Midland where I have lived my entire life.  Unlike some agents that only want to show you their own listings, I will show you only the best houses for you, even if they are listed by my nearest competitor.

My Priorities

I don’t sell houses – I just want to find the best house for you.  Simply put, I could try to push you into purchasing the first house we look at.  After all, that would save me time.  However, you probably would not be happy with me and you probably would not recommend me to anyone.  Instead, I promise to look at as many houses as we need to in order to find you the perfect house.  I return, I hope you thoroughly enjoy buying your new home and recommend me to friends and family.

my background

Because of my background in the construction industry, I can help you find a house that is less likely to have major defects.  As we tour each home, I will try to point out potential problems areas, and more importantly, what options you may have to fix them.  I will explain to you why some areas may require special attention when your inspector reviews the house.

The Inspection

I will attend your home inspection and help guide you through the process.  I may ask the inspector questions that you don’t think of.  Attending the inspection helps me to negotiate with the seller’s agent if the inspection turns up a deficiency. It also helps you understand the process better.
